  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Local (Within Pakistan): 2–5 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

2. Refund & Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or expired
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and proof
  • The product is unused and in original packaging

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased on clearance or discount
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Temperature-sensitive or perishable medicines

2.3 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued via the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
