Change & Return Policy

At Medoj Pharmaceutica, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to change or return an item, our policy outlines the simple steps to follow and the conditions that apply.


🔄 Change / Exchange Policy

You may request a product exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or not as described

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging



How to Request an Exchange:

    2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange

    3. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging<

    4. Our team will review and confirm the next steps within 1–2 business days

    Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or a refund.

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

Eligible Returns:

  • Received expired, damaged, or defective products

  • Wrong item delivered


Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging or tamper-evident seal

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

  • Special-order or temperature-sensitive medicines


Return Process:

  1. Email or call us with your order details and reason for return

  2. Provide photographic evidence

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

  4. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.

  • All returns and changes must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Products must be in resalable condition (unless defective or damaged upon delivery).

  • Always retain original invoice and packaging until your request is resolved.
