Description
Mecyst tablet is a dietary supplement used for the treatment of low folate levels, anemia, and hyperhomocysteinemia. Folate, also known as Vitamin B9 or folacin, is one of the B vitamins required by the body for normal and healthy functioning. When folate levels are below normal, it can lead to weakness and fatigue. It can also lead to a more serious condition called folate deficiency anemia in which the body starts producing abnormally large red blood cells that cannot work normally. Mecyst is a combination of L-Methylfolate Calcium, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12, which help in the treatment and prevention of folate deficiency. It can also be taken in pregnancy to meet the dietary requirements of the mother and baby.
